Late cancel & cancellation policies:  You must cancel or reschedule one day before your scheduled class.  We allow cancellations up to 3 hours before the class start time if you have an emergency situation.  Other than these exemptions, you will be charged for no-shows.

Our classes begin promptly on time.
No late arrivals: doors are locked when class begins.

Please turn off or silence your phone when you arrive. All cell phones is to be done outside of the studio.
Inform your teacher about any injuries before class begins.

Please remove your shoes to entering the studio.
Please do not apply perfume, scented oils or lotions just prior to entering the studio.
Some students have odor sensitivities and /or allergies.

You need wear/ bring something light and fitted such as sports bras, shorts, spandex short/leggings, yoga mat, towel and water(rental for Mat $2, Towel $3)

Registration is required for class. We require a minimum of three students to attend a class.
