            Prana

            In the practice of Hot Yoga, the room temperature is meticulously
            maintained between a range of 95°F to 105°F, creating an environment
            that serves a vital purpose. This elevated warmth opens the pores of
            your skin, allowing for a profound and holistic cleansing process
            that extends from the surface to the deeper layers of your body. It
            is akin to a full-body detoxification, where toxins are
            systematically expelled from within.
             The
                controlled temperature also aids in warming your muscles,

            Chakra Meditation is a powerful practice that seeks to clear any

            and well-being.

          Tai Chi is a captivating meditative exercise that masterfully blends
          the fluid, graceful movements of ancient martial arts forms with the

          profound sense of relaxation and inner calm, while simultaneously
          strengthening the physical form.
          Consistent practice of this meditative exercise has been shown to offer a multitude of benefits, including improved bone density and
          enhanced focus.
Private/Healing Sessions are one-on-one sessions that use energy-based techniques to soothe and heal your body. During these sessions, the instructor uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to gently guide you through a series of yoga-like stretches. It's like doing yoga without any effort on your part. The instructor also incorporates muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure during the treatment. After the session, you'll feel relaxed and energized. These sessions are particularly beneficial for people who have: Very stiff body movements Blocked energy points An unbalanced body Overall, these private sessions provide a remarkable way to rejuvenate your body and restore a sense of balance and well-being.

              Late cancel & cancellation policies:  You must cancel or
              reschedule one day before your scheduled class.  We allow
              cancellations up to 3 hours before the class start time if you
              have an emergency situation.  Other than these exemptions,
              you will be charged for no-shows.
Our classes begin promptly on time.
              No late arrivals: doors are locked when class begins.
              
              Please turn off or silence your phone when you arrive. All cell
              phones is to be done outside of the studio.
              Inform your teacher about any injuries before class begins.
              
              Please remove your shoes to entering the studio.
              Please do not apply perfume, scented oils or lotions just prior to
              entering the studio.
              Some students have odor sensitivities and /or allergies.
              
              You need wear/ bring something light and fitted such as sports
              bras, shorts, spandex short/leggings, yoga mat, towel and
              water(rental for Mat $2, Towel $3)
